Summer is almost here, and it may be the sun or sangrias talking, but this has got to be one of my favorite weeks for trap so far in 2015. This episode of Trap Tuesdays contains some incredible–and slightly experimental–new trap music from the likes of Medasin, KRNE and Sam Gellaitry.
Medasin – Gold (Original Mix)
Gold is possibly one of my favorite tracks ever to feature in this series. It draws from many different influences and genres whilst constantly taking the listener by surprise, especially when the horns kick in.

JNTHN STEIN x KRNE x Alexander Lewis – Blastoise (Original Mix)
Blastoise is a tune that I guarantee will get you out of your seat; I just hope for trap’s sake that these guys meet up again soon. The trio behind this one even add some crazy distortion to the drop to add to the feel of the track–it’s super effective!
Sam Gellaitry – Paper (Original Mix)
Always new and always fresh from Scotsman Sam Gellaitry. Paper’s delicate intro is the perfect setup for the beautifully orchestrated drop and bridge. Great mood changes in this one.
Conor Rayne – Cities (Original Mix)
This one is great to chill out to as Rayne plays with Yeezy samples and an array of percussion to create a pleasant downtempo track with fantastic swing.
(dc) – RELAX (Original Mix)
With a glitchy feel and the best-ever “go!” vocal sample to drive it, Relax was always gonna be a banger. I hope to hear an extended version that continues the double time drums, because I wasn’t ready for this one to end!
