Tomorrowland may well be heading to Atlanta the weekend of September 27th.
On Friday, DJ Mag-ranked trance producer Shogun may have inadvertedly revealed the location and date of TomorrowWorld, Tomorrowland’s North American expansion festival. In a facebook post discovered by GenXGlow, Shogun shared his upcoming tour dates which included a stop on September 27th in Atlanta, Georgia, for Tomorrowland.
In January, ID&T co-founder Duncan Stutterheim revealed that a joint venture had been reached between LiveNation, SFX, and ID&T to bring Sensation and Tommorowland to North America. In February, rumors for Atlanta being tapped to host the show began when when EDMSnob revealed details on his Twitter. That very same day, Tomorrowland announced TomorrowWorld, an expansion of the highly-coveted event that would land in North America.
While an official announcement has yet to be made by ID&T or any of the involved parties, evidence weighs strongly that the Southeastern United States may well get its very own electronic fantasy this fall.
