Tomorrowland Folks Expand To SoCal With New Camping Festival ‘One Tribe’

Southern California music fans got a late holiday surprise Dec. 31 when ID&T, the Dutch event giant responsible for the likes of Mysteryland and the “Tomorrow” family, announced a brand new, two-day festival right in their backyard.

The SFX-owned ID&T is making the jump to the West Coast using what they’ve learned from Mysteryland with One Tribe, a music and camping festival taking place Sept. 25 and 26 at the Lake Perris Recreation Area (pictured), about an hour-and-a-half inland from LA or San Diego. The grounds are built around a lake, which is totally swimmable for some exploring if the usually permitted watercrafts are banned during festivities–basically, plan for this to be an amphibious affair.

This is the second major event to plan its SoCal debut in 2015 after Goldenvoice and Fingers Crossed announced CRSSD for two days in March.

No lineup for One Tribe has been announced, but tickets will go on sale this spring. Sign up for the email list here.
