Fresh off a performance at this year’s Glastonbury Festival, Montreal producer Tiga recently had his new track, Bugatti, featured on Annie Mac’s Glastonbury Essential Mix on BBC Radio 1.
Tiga’s inspiration for Bugatti stems from the classic boy-meets-girl tale, when a girl comes up to Tiga to ask him what he’s driving. Tiga channels his inner-Prince and suavely replies “Bugatti.” Quirky layers of synth build on top of one another as Tiga lays down a sequence of pulsing tech beats and smoothly reiterates that he’s got a sweet new ride.
Bugatti will be featured on Tiga’s upcoming album alongside singles Fever and Let’s Go Dancing. The track will also come with a remix package, out Aug. 18. You can download Bugatti over on Beatport here.
