We recently had the pleasure of featuring Thomas Gold’s amazing prog remix of Adele’s Set Fire to the Rain… but you didn’t think you were gonna get away from this song without a proper electro remix, did you? No, no no.
Word spreads quickly around the internet, and Sweden’s new smash hit Cazzette is no exception to this rule. Alexander Björklund and Sebastian Furrer of Stockholm have managed to craft quite a desirable catalog of clientele in just over a month, featuring the likes of Tim Berg/Avicii, Swedish House Mafia, and even Afrojack for his hip hop banger Look At Me Now.
Cazzettes new remix of Adele’s smash hit Set Fire to the Rain is absolute fire. Stylistically, it’s your usual complextro tune, but with a lot of vocal chopping, poppy synth influences, triplet fills, and of course, a sweet dubsteppy section. Crazy buildups and epic drops are prevalent in this new heater, don’t be surprised if you hear it at a club near you. Also mentionable is their remix of Swedish House Mafia’s epic summer single, Save The World (Tonight). Think the Knife Party remix. Now think about ten times heavier. At this point you should have arrived at the ultra-heaviness that is Cazzette’s remix. Unbelievable amounts of synth cuts, samples and gruesome basslines. Simply dangerous music.
