After completing a short stint of shows for his first US appearance, mystery producer Taches is already back on the production game releasing a brooding house cut called Eat Your Friends.
Los Angeles vocalist Shoffy lends his sensual croon to the track to heighten the eerie undertones of the cavernous bassline and lilting surface chord progressions. A jazzy interlude offsets the entire work before a delicate pause, and an effect that sounds like an anxious gasp for air, cues the return of the rumbling bass at infectious full force.
Eat Your Friends is another fantastic output to add to an impressive catalog of releases in Taches’ relatively short two years on the scene. Grab your copy for free at the producer’s SoundCloud here.
