Sebastian Ingrosso's Refune
Otto Knows - Million Voices (Original Mix) [Refune]
Swanky Tunes vs Matisse & Sadko - The Legend (Original Mix) [Refune]
Alesso - Raise Your Head (Original Mix) [Refune]

Sweden’s Sebastian Ingrosso, one third of the Swedish House Mafia, has become quite the tastemaker through his imprint Refune Records. Last year he catapulted his protégé Alesso into all the hottest dancefloors and nearly everyone’s headphones with the irresistible track Calling. Since then, he’s been pumping out pure gold on his label and it’s truly worthy of considerable recognition. He also recently came out with Refune Radio, a free iTunes podcast where he showcases the music he loves and shares a great deal of his personality to his fans.

First in the spotlight we have the Refune debut of Otto Knows with Million Voices. This track truly embodies the deepest meaning of the term “uplifting.” The tribal vocals are nicely chopped and the piano just makes you want to dance hard. He even got support from Avicii, who featured his guestmix on his Levels podcast.

Big room progressive house, or “trouse” as some are calling it, is extremely popular these days, and Refune is leading the charge. As one example of such a sound, they just released a melodic masterpiece that also bangs hard named The Legend by Swanky Tunes and Matissse & Sadko. Lastly, I would like to share Alesso’s latest track Raise Your Head. It just so happens that the vocal sample was recorded by Sebastian Ingrosso himself! With such a strong record of quality releases, Refune is definitely a label to follow and support.
