Classical and deep house may not seem like the most compatible pair on the musical dating scene, but Clean Bandit blends the two into a match made in heaven with their latest release, Rather Be.
Comprising four former string quartet members, Clean Bandit is no stranger to the violin, and they prove it with a beautiful intro of chords heightened by light synths. The chorus features a burst of striking keyboard notes, and dreamy vocals from Jess Glynne bring it all together into a majorly feel-good tune. With co-writing help from Jimmy Naples (of Disclosure‘s Latch), the British group pulls out all the stops for an incredibly infectious and unique dance track.
