PREMIERE: Carlo Calabro – Loudest Silence [High Contrast]
Carlo Calabro - Loudest Silence (Original Mix) [High Contrast]

Polish producer Carlo Calabro returns to High Contrast for his latest track Loudest Silence, an emotional piece of uplifting trance that we’re proud to exclusively present in full ahead of its official release.

Loudest Silence is an interesting mix of styles with a clever trick up its sleeve. The rolling basslines and little plucks have a feel of trance circa 1999 about them, while the main riff has a touch of big room and the drop even hints at electro house. But the trick in question–where this track really stands out–is the tempo. It is exceptionally rare to encounter trance at 124 BPM, but the energy is still there and the slower speed allows it to truly cross over into a wide array of genres, from big room to progressive house and beyond.

Loudest Silence has already received big-name support, including an Armin mash-up with Gareth Emery’s U on ASOT 667. Look out for the official release on June 16.
