Northern California’s newest music festival isn’t an enormous gathering in the desert, or in a massive stadium. It’s tucked inside what locals call the “redwood curtain” alongside the Eel River near the border of Humboldt and Mendocino counties.
The guys who brought you Wintersalt are back with the inaugural Northern Nights Music Festival at Cook’s Valley Campground featuring The Polish Ambassador, Minnesota, Kastle, J.Phlip, Worthy, Dials, and more (full lineup below).
“The line-up a distinct collection of talented innovators & dedicated showcases that was curated for the environment in which they will perform, amidst the California Redwood forest sanctuary,” said Andrew Borgelt, one of the organizers.
The festival goes off July 19-21, and nearby camping features deep swimming holes, large & open landscaped grass areas and the largest Redwood grove in the valley designated for safe camping. Get your tickets here.
