Detroit’s Movement Electronic Music Festival, one of the most hotly anticipated fests of the spring season, finally announced details about the performance lineups across its many stages–including a brand new spot exclusively for up-and-coming artists.
The Red Bull Music Academy returns with headliners Underground Resistance, Richie Hawtin, and Carl Cox bringing their pioneering magic to the main stage, while another class of influencers including Claude VonStroke, Maceo Plex, Tiga, and Boys Noize will top off the Beatport stage. The Made In Detroit and Underground stages are back as well, to showcase a ridiculous collection of Detroit talent and pure techno, respectively.
Moog Music is a newcomer to the Detroit stage offering, bringing the noise with acts like Action Bronson, Ed Rush & Optical, Just Blaze, Baauer, and DJ Sliink. The Silent Disco stage is brand new as well, dedicated to highlighting lesser-known talents who are nonetheless worthy of hanging with the greats. In fact, one lucky fan will be chosen to perform on this stage via an open competition through Earmilk and Wavo.
