Made Event Presents New York Made: A Benefit Event

Made Event is proud to present New York Made, a first-ever daytime-to-nighttime summer benefit concert at Governor’s Park on Saturday, August 3, 2013. All proceeds from New York Made will be contributed to three local NYC Charities: Bronx Museum of the Arts, Mariachi Academy of New York, and Urban Farm, a program of The Randall’s Island Park Alliance.

Not only will you be partying for a good cause, but you will be doing it to a top-tier artist lineup which includes NYC’s own Danny Tenaglia, Victor Calderone, Wolf + Lamb, and Sleepy & Boo. Last, but certainly not least is honorary New Yorker, John Digweed.

Made Event’s uncompromising production values and passion for elevating communities through music have carried four (soon to be five) consecutive successful Electric Zoo Festivals on Randall’s Island. With a focus on hometown pride and honoring locally grown electronic dance music talent, New York Made is a special event to raise money and awareness for local charity partners that support Randall’s Island Park and children’s arts education programs in neighboring East Harlem and the South Bronx.
