Eclectic electro outfit The M Machine succeeds at digging deep into their history and returning with gems in the release of three B-side tracks of their now two-year-old Metropolis EP.
Happy Land, Diamonds and Specific Hell are the three tracks, and they offer three different sounds from the group. Happy Land is a loping, 115 BPM groove with squelching synths and a “feel good” vocal sample. Diamonds is the more ambient and warping track of the trio, while Specific Hell comes as advertised and is a direct, sparse, and heavy electro production.
Recovering from the loss of both a bandmate and a studio hasn’t stymied the group, as the duo has promised a new artist album. In the meantime, these tracks should help tide you over.
Grab these three new tracks here, and keep your eyes open for more B-sides to come.
