Brazilian producer Chrizz Luvly is at it again after topping the Beatport charts with his disgusting wobble breakbeat anthem, Amen, this time with a heavy hitting remix of Spencer & Hill’s big-room tune Less Go.
Not much is known about the elusive producer, but after his chart-toppers last month, we’re not surprised to see this remix doing so well. We had the pleasure of covering Porter Robinson’s extremely progressive (and extremely heavy) remix of the tune, but this is a real contender. Luvly’s remix starts with a pretty typical high-pass filtered progressive house beat and builds into a very heavy verse. It then drops into the tranciest buildup I have ever heard in modern electro music, a huge euro synth with a quick cutoff that slowly releases more and more energy with the pitchbent vocal sample, bringing a tear to the eye of of even an experienced trance veteran.
It’s been a long time coming but boy is it worth it; this almost Felguk-esque drop defines “big room”. This track is meant to be played to crowds of thousands. And loud. Porter has some competition with this one, and I’m sure the fire coming out of Luvly’s studio will only intensify in the coming months.
