In the beginning…there was Jack…and Jack had wobbles…and with those wobbles…well, he pretty much annihilated dancefloors. That’s precisely what these two new songs do from none other than Jack Beats. After a long break from the studio, everyone’s favorite UK wobbly house duo is back with some incredible sounding tracks. If you’re a fan of their usual over-the-top wob synth and massive basslines and drops, then you’re going to become an instant fan of their new vinyl release.
On the first side we have Jack Beats’ newest single with John B, All Night. After pressing the play button, you immediately realize that this one is going to be their next big anthem. The lyrics are easy to sing to, and sound so powerful when coupled with the insane synth. Right after the first verse, the first big drop lifts you right off your feet. Just when you think the beat is going to drop, it goes even higher into a whirlwind of bright, bouncy synth. Finally the drum kicks in and you’ve got yourself one hell of a massive tune.
What’s even better than a new Jack Beats single? How about Skream’s massive dubstep remix? It takes the lyrics from the original and turns it into a twisted, dark journey; you’re going to need to take a shower to wash off all the grime. The flip side of the vinyl is also home to another original track, Elevator Music. It all starts out with what sounds like an alien autopsy, and then they switch up the pace so much that it’s hard to imagine dancing to this, but it still sounds awesome.
