Google just never stops innovating; their latest creation, Google Music, is hosting an exclusive event in Los Angeles today at 2pm. According to Tech Crunch, there are only a few details given so far, one being photo of a warehouse with a T-Mobile logo as well as some hinted changes for Google’s Android, including Google Music integration.
It’s nice to see Google recognize just how well respected DJs have become–For the 9PM after-party, the web giant invited Dirty South and R3hab along with huge pop names including Maroon 5, Drake, and Busta Rhymes. The show is set to be live-streamed via the Android YouTube channel. What kind of surprises does Google have in store for their music platform? We can’t be sure, but it’s quite evident by the emergence of Spotify and now Google Music that the music industry is also fervently looking for web-based solutions in this modern era of music.
