AnGy KoRe - After The Show Message (Original Mix) [Malatoid]
AnGy KoRe - Techno Killer (Matteo Poker Remix) [Substudio]

Italian producer Angelo del Core aka AnGy KoRe is making serious waves in the techno and minimal community these days. Angelo first began DJing at local clubs in Italy when he was only fourteen and soon graduated to producing hardstyle. His early work garnered him a deal with SPIDERMIX records, who published all of his early work. At age nineteen he began a career as a sound engineer on cruise ships, spending the next three years traveling around the world experiencing the countless varieties of nightlife and music the world had to offer to the daring clubber. The experience drove him to reform his musical tastes and focus his production toward techno and minimal dance music.

After the Show Message is a great example of a typical AnGy KoRe production, featuring an aggressive bassline, distorted vocals, and a dark ambiance reminiscent of Dubfire’s techno productions. Angelo’s biggest success to this point has been Matteo Poker’s remix of Techno Killer, a personal favorite of mine that broke into the top 10 minimal chart on Beatport in 2010 and was spun by many of the top techno DJs such as Umek and Ahmet Sendil. AnGy KoRe definitely has a bright future ahead of him and we eagerly await any of his future releases.
