Kieran “Four Tet” Hebden, the eclectic producer responsible for this year’s mesmerizing Beautiful Rewind LP, has unloaded a treasure trove of rare and unreleased tracks on Twitter today to celebrate the milestone of 100,000 followers.
“These were all made sometime between 1999 and 2012 I think,” Hebden casually notes between unceremonious Sendspace links, which means that these tracks essentially span the artist’s entire storied career. At the time of writing, Hebden had posted ten songs–a whole album’s worth of material–and still shows no sign of slowing down, leading one Twitter fan to declare that “Four Tet is the Beyoncé of Sendspace.”
While these tracks probably won’t set any records on the pop charts, they do offer a fascinating peek at the creative process of one of the world’s most consistently excellent electronic musicians. Make your way to Four Tet’s Twitter feed posthaste before all of the download links go bad.
