Feed Me fed us the second helping of brand new music from his forthcoming EP today in the sonically schizophrenic progressive-electro cut Alarm Clock.
Alarm Clock sounds off with glitchy synths contrasted against punchy bass growls in true Feed Me fashion before entering a dreamlike snooze period centered on emotive vocals from an unnamed contributor. As the second of four tracks on the EP, the tune all but abandons the big room build-and-drop approach for a more progressive format that offers a constantly satisfying flow of the intricate sounds Feed Me infuses into his productions. Check back for a release date on the four-track EP including this most recent jam, coming soon on his own Sotto Voce imprint.
As for his promise of wrapping up a collab with Skrillex, Feed Me says it still needs a bit of tweaking but he’s happy with it overall:
Tickets are on sale now for his Psychedelic Journey Tour here, which will feature the infamous With Teeth stage setup and kicks off Aug. 2 at Terminal 5 in New York.
