If you’ve stepped into a nightclub within the last year, chances are you’ve heard Billon’s quintessential house beats. Since his 2013 inception, the London-based producer/DJ has experienced a rapid come-up that culminated in the standout single Special. Released nearly one year ago via Virgin EMI Records, Special was supported by everyone from Skream and Tensnake to Oliver Heldens and Kaskade. After establishing himself as a key player in the house scene, Edward Butler of Billon recently followed up with Slave To The Vibe, yet another instant dance floor hit.
Be part of the madness when Billon flies across the pond for his LA debut at the historic Hotel Figueroa on Sept. 25. The party is being hosted by local underground promoters Infinite Vision and Pixels Are Lies, and they’re bringing a stacked lineup with Sluggers, Team EZY, and a trio B2B session with January Black, Fresco Crumbs, and Millar.

Satoshi Tomiie – Thursday, 2am [Abstract Architecture]
To me, this track is real perfection, understated and classy, deeply rooted in the the old school Chicago house sound while also feeling very modern.
Lion Babe – Impossible (Jax Jones Remix) [Outsiders/Polydor]
I’m a big fan of Lion Babe and really enjoyed remixing their song Jump Hi last year. Love this latest remix from Jax Jones–it gets a great reaction in clubs and the half-time breakdown works really well.
NVOY – All Night [Black Butter]
This is the first track I’ve heard from NVOY, so don’t know much about them, but this track is fire! It fits perfectly into my sets.
MJ Cole – Bouldaz [Method White]
Showing that he is still the don at making super-simple club tunes as well as deep musical pieces and retaining his signature sound while still sounding new and fresh, this tunes goes off.
Dusky – Squeezer [17 Steps]
I love the drum & bass influences shining through in this track–this works well at any point in the night, warm up or peak time. Class.
