Disco Diaries 64: DWYR Premiere
PREMIERE: DWYR - Make Me Float
Kilter feat. Porsches - Want 2 [etcetc]
Ron Flieger - Feel Your Love [Epic Bear Entertainment]

Another week is upon us, and another Disco Diaries playlist has arrived to launch it on a high note. Today, we’re serving up a special exclusive premiere plus four of the grooviest tunes found on the interwebs. Turn it up!

PREMIERE: DWYR – Make Me Float
Considering Aaliyah is debatably one of the most remixed female R&B singers in the game, it’s become increasingly impressive when a producer can present a fresh take on one of her timeless originals. Today, we’re proud to present one of those rare cases: DWYR’s tropical rendition of Aaliyah’s Rock The Boat

Opening the track with tuned-down vocals leading to Aaliyah’s infamous original chorus, Make Me Float takes listeners on a sensual journey which concludes with a dreamy tropical rhythm that is guaranteed to evoke images of relaxing boat rides, sunny vacations, and beachside adventures. The Phoenix-born producer currently resides in Madrid, Spain, where he is quickly gaining steam as one of the city’s premiere DJs, with a residency at one of the the top venues and shows alongside heavyweights including Alex Metric, The Magician, and Jonas Rathsman. As for his production background, DWYR built his resume with a series of notable remixes for artists including Chris Brown, Miami Horror, and Vance Joy, which all culminated to the release of his debut original, All Night.

Make Me Float will be live on DWYR’s SoundCloud on June 9, but LessThan3 has your exclusive download today! Grab it here, and stayed tuned for the young producer’s US debut this summer at Space Yacht Los Angeles.

Kilter feat. Porsches – Want 2 [etcetc]
After making quite the impression with their debut single, Horses, Australian duo Porsches have taken things up a notch by collaborating with another Aussie favorite, DJ/producer Kilter. As expected, Porsches’ sexy vocals and Kilter’s smooth production are a flawless match. Catch the single via Beaport here.

Ron Flieger – Feel Your Love [Epic Bear Entertainment]
Berlin-based Ron Magnus Flieger appeared on our radar seemingly out of nowhere, but Feel Your Love ensures that he is here to stay. After signing to Warner Music at age 22 and releasing a series of high-profile remixes, Flieger has graced us with the premiere single from his first EP, also titled Feel Your Love. Check out the music video here, and pre-order the full EP here.

Holy Models – Lessons (Falcon Punch Remix)
With tunes like this, Denver native Falcon Punch has quickly become a Disco Diaries regular–and it doesn’t look like we’re getting tired of him any time soon. His rendition of Holy Models’ Lessons exemplifies that quintessential disco sound that he’s clearly mastered, complete with the relaxing, blissful elements of his past releases. This edit is one of four, which will be included on Holy Models’ second EP, set for a June 15 release via High Above The Ground.

Instrum – Come On Over [Trax]
While DJ/producer Instrum has previously delved into genres of tropical and future house, his latest highlights Jordan Gonzalez’ soulful vocals fused seamlessly with his signature chill house sound. This single will be featured on Instrum’s upcoming Underground Sound album; in the meantime, you can catch it on Spotify here.
