Did He Mean Dodge Viper?
Super Beez - No Good (Vodge Diper Remix) [Bazooka]
Mootz - Hyper Elastic (Vodge Diper Remix) [Golden Needle]
BioBlitZ - Spawn Again (Vodge Diper Remix) [ODN]

In the current tradition of amplified electro comes the eccentric Vodge Diper. The last we heard of the producer, he let loose a heart-stopping remake of Dada Life’s Happy Violence, showing his own distinct style versus the rest of the electro juggernauts. The Bristol-born, South Korea-based producer has an ear for the more playful side of the genre, which results in some hard bangers with insane amounts of pop. Lucky for us, he’s been churning out remix after remix lately, here’s what he’s got.

The remix of fellow Mootz’s Hyper Elastic is the perfect example of Vodge taking a good track and making it unbelievable by bringing out its strong points through his own style. His melodic, playful electro licks fuse perfectly with the funky samples to create a complextro banger with a classic twist. In the Spawn Again remix, we get something of a long buildup, another Vodge Diper specialty. It drops all back into disco-electro-funkytown with stylish ease, though, as the man’s got a grip on his own style. The Super Beez remix is just another fanastic example of the same concepts.
