Aww yeaaaaaaaa. It’s been a hot minute since I’ve gotten my hands on some dark’n’dirty minimal tracks. It’s always such an invigorating feeling as beats trample their way into my brain, temporarily seizing control over my entire outlook on life. All I can do is grin. Anyway, today I have the esteemed pleasure of introducing Alle Farben, a Berlin-based young producer who definitely has proven his minimal techno prowess in spades.
Simply titled Danse, this track will have the entire room doing exactly that. Thumping along menacingly, this track continues along with its minimal bad-ass self till it arrives at an orchestral sample of a movement of Tchaikovsky’s The Nutcracker that’ll drop that jaw of yours a lil bit. Then there’s a drop–right back into the madness! See if you agree that it’s “perfectly unexpected.” Also included here is a remix by Drauf und Dran who take the track in a different direction and use some killer sampling of the orchestral portion. Very cool new release.
