The young Dutch prodigy known as Nicky Romero is back with yet another big, techy heater by the name of Bootcamp. And trust me, you’re gonna want your boots on; this sucker is foot-stompin’.
After the smash of early 2010 that was his remix of Flash by Green Velvet, Romero is back with a nasty big room tune with a decisively grungy bassline on a collab with Apster, and a release on Afrojack’s Wall Recordings. Bootcamp is just another shining example of Nicky Romero’s finely crafted tech house, and a breath of fresh, energetic air to the genre. Also noteworthy is his recent preview of tune Camorra, soon to be released on Calvin Harris’s label Fly Eye. This sounds like something you’d hear at an a Afrojack Miami Music Week pool party, or at Ultra Music Festival itself. Looks like this tune is shaping up to be a real banger. Check the preview below.
