All Aboard Porter Robinson’s New Video For ‘Flicker’

Take a trip through Porter Robinson’s semi-animated new video for Flicker.

For his latest adventure, Porter takes us on a psychedelic journey through the lush landscapes of Japan. The entire video is shot from inside a train window through a single camera lens. Sit back and enjoy the ride as you travel through a myriad of vivid animations and fluttering footage on this technicolor train ride soundtracked by Robinson’s lucid layers of synth and Japanese vocals. The video has a retro feel to it and features a perfectly woven mix of grainy footage, 8-bit filters, and more colors than a 120-count pack of Crayola Crayons. See for yourself in the video below.

Flicker served as the fourth and final single to Porter Robinson’s long-awaited debut album Worlds, released earlier this week. The album is available to purchase over on Beatport here.
