Over the past few years, Dutch producer Afrojack made a huge name for himself with both his enormous originals and more-than-unique remixes. The guy has already proven that he can stand alone no matter the current state of the EDM industry. Whether it’s giving us bomb productions, or tearing up the world’s biggest dance festivals, Afrojack just straight up delivers. Although his career is still young, it seems like Afrojack is now taking the opportunity to not just collaborate with up-and-coming artists, but welcoming them to share the spotlight as well.
With two new collaborations this week, Afrojack and friends are straight up doin’ work! First we have a track he produced with R3hab known as Aces High (Prutataaa). Although melodically similar to past tracks like Bangduck, you’ll see that Aces High stands tall as the perfect festival song with its juiced up electro drop. The next track, Selecta, was produced by Afrojack and another Dutch youngster, Quintino. We get the epitome of big-room Dutch house here, with crucially light melodies and some Dutch horns that weave in and out so elegantly they won’t be forgotten anytime soon.
With successful label Wall Recordings, Afrojack has already proven that he can find the talent. The fact that he’s not only promoting these other artists but also collaborating with them make R3hab and Quintino two producers to follow very closely. As an added bonus, Afrojack has released a rework of his track Pacha on Acid called Pop on Acid exclusively for his fans as a free download you can get HERE. Enjoy!
