Low Pros Pull No Punches On ‘EP1′
Low Pros - Intro (Original Mix) [Fool's Gold]
Low Pros feat. Que, Young Thug & PeeWee Longway - Frankie Lymon (Original Mix) [Fool's Gold]
Low Pros feat. Metro Boomin, High Klassified & Brillz - Ohmygosh (Original Mix) [Fool's Gold]

Low Pros, the duo of A-Trak and Dirty South hip hop producer Lex Luger, released their star-studded debut, EP1, at long last. Better still, they’re giving the whole thing away for free via Fool’s Gold.

EP1 follows a steady stream of singles which surfaced from the duo over the last few months, including bombastic bangers featuring Travi$ Scott, Juvenile, and more. But there’s more than enough new material here to sink your teeth into, even if you’ve been following along the whole time.

If you’re better acquainted with our friend A-Trak than Lex Luger, then the EP’s Intro, produced solely by Luger, should give you a good idea of who’s bringing what to the table here. In fact, far from a typical throwaway introduction, Intro’s galactic trap beat makes it a serious contender for the hottest track on the EP.

On Frankie Lymon, guest rappers Que, Young Thug, and PeeWee Longway ask that time-honored question, “why do fools fall in love?” Frankie & The Teenagers were pretty sure it couldn’t be avoided, but let’s just say Low Pros and crew have a different perspective.

Overall, EP1 is all killer, no filler, and more than makes good on the promise laid out by the early lead singles. Let’s hope an EP2 is quick to follow. Download the whole shebang for free over on Livemixtapes.
